1. How do I register for a class or program?

All classes and programs have pre-set registrations dates that are in session for either a week or month at a time (for youth sports). Register at the parks office by walk-in, mail-in, or by the drop slot for after hours.

2. How do I rent a parks facility?

Please look for the "Facility Rentals" button on the front page of the District website where you can find pavilion, swimming pool, and Memorial Recreation Building reservation calendars for availability.

3. What is your refund policy for classes and programs?

Refunds are issued only due to a medical emergency or if a class or program is cancelled. Refunds are not issued once a program has started, or because a participant has changed their mind. Please plan appropriately.

4. Where is the Parks office and what are the hours?

The Parks and Recreation office is located at 340 E. Hahns Peak Ave., in Lovell Park. Office hours are 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

5. Can we rent out the Pueblo Regional Indoor pool for a party?

The Pueblo Regional pool is a State of Colorado run facility for client rehab and therapy. State laws prohibit public hours. It is not a rentable facility.

6. Is the Pueblo West Parks and Recreation Department part of Pueblo Parks and Recreation?

The department is one of the five services that the Pueblo West Metropolitan District offers to Pueblo West.  We are not affiliated with Lake Pueblo State Park or the Pueblo Parks and Recreation.
