The Pueblo West Parks and Recreation office is located at 340 E. Hahn's Peak Ave., in Lovell Park. At present our office is still closed to the public, but we are still here working from 7:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday. Please knock on the door and we will let you in. Once you have added all your family members in your account, just click on a Catalog Tab for a program or sport you would like to register for. The computer will already know any eligible member that will be able to join in a program. You can now register more than 1 or 2 people at a time.
Online registration is 24/7, no need to travel to the office. Registration and payment is done all at the same time and you will receive receipts for anything that you do.
The Parks office is open 7:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday. If something comes up after this time, still call the office at 719.547.7400 and listen to any messages on our information system regarding closures.
If we can cancel early enough, we will call coaches for sports and they in turn will call or email the team players of any schedule changes.
If there is bad weather......snow/ice storm, thunder and lightening, etc. The Parks department will address those concerns on the information line on our telephone messaging system.
When you establish your family account, make sure too that you fill in your phone carrier and we can send a message to you instantly regarding closures or delays.
We do not have a 2-hr delay. Classes will start as normal for our programs and classes.
Please look for the catalog tab "Park Rentals", to reserve any of our park facilities. The catalog tab "Aquatic Reservations", is where the swimming pool can be reserved.
The new CivicRec website will show calendars for all facilities. Available dates will be in green, and dates already booked will be in pink.
Refunds are issued only due to a medical emergency or if a class or program is cancelled. Refunds are not issued once a program has started, or because a participant has changed their mind. Please plan appropriately.
The Pueblo Regional pool is a State of Colorado run facility for client rehab and therapy. State laws prohibit public hours. It is not a rentable facility.
Currently the facility is closed to swim programs except for Senior Aerobics which we tried to start up in January. The hours were Monday through Friday from 6:30 to 8:00am, but in March the PRC has ordered a new pump for the pool and we look forward to the aerobics to start up again April 1, 2022.

When completing a registration form on-line, there is a box to check if you want to coach. There are some requirements to become a coach and you can find that on the "Become a Volunteer Coach" tab.
