Pueblo West Metropolitan District 2021 Changes
[December 31, 2020 - Pueblo West, CO]-- Pueblo West Metropolitan District has many changes that will be taking place in 2021 such as board of director meeting time changes and moving office buildings. Community Development and Engineering will now be located at 356 McCulloch Blvd. Residents looking to build or buy in Pueblo West will begin using a new drop off application site at 356 S. McCulloch beginning January 11, 2020. There will be a drop box outside the door at the new office building to be used starting January 11 for applications and permit drop offs. Pueblo West Metropolitan District administration offices will now be located on 63 E Spaulding Avenue.
Beginning January 1, 2021, the Committee of Architecture application fees will be adjusted. Those fees will be updated on our website for residents to quickly reference before applying for a new home or accessory structure.
Beginning January 11, 2021, Board of Directors Regular Meetings will now begin at 5pm for residents to view online. Board members will have their executive sessions at 4pm prior to the start of the regular meeting open session. Residents can view the regular meetings on our website at www.pueblowestmetro.com. They are also able to reach out to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to leave a citizen’s comment for board meetings.
