Internal Services

Internal Services, through the hard work of five divisions: Facility Services, Fleet Services, Information Technology, Purchasing Services and Clerk Services, delivers customer service by assisting in the research, development and implementation of innovative ideas by providing District departments with the means to accomplish their goals. By ensuring the District departments have the necessary services, facilities, technology, and equipment they need to accomplish their own mission and objectives. 

Facilities Division

The Facilities Division is composed of a team of three personnel and is responsible for the maintenance of 46 facilities within the District. These facilities range from lift stations to office buildings and encompass over 800 pieces of equipment.  

Fleet Services Division

Fleet Division consists of a Fleet Manager, 2 Mechanic III, and a Parts / Inventory Assistant. The Fleet Division takes care of all of the District’s vehicles and equipment, which consists of approximately 400 units. They perform all required repairs from a simple preventative maintenance service to major engine overhaul. The Fleet Division is also responsible for all Division Of Transportation requirements and 3 fueling stations throughout the District. The Fleet Division has an extensive inventory of necessary parts and fluids required to perform all necessary tasks assigned to the Fleet Division.

Information Technology Division

The Information Technology Division strives to provide the highest level of professionalism and internal customer service, support, and satisfaction. The primary focus is the stability and security of the network infrastructure for the District and it’s over 150 employees. This includes but is not limited to routers, switches, firewalls, servers, computers, telephone equipment, and mobile devices.

Purchasing Services

The Procurement Division oversees the procuring of goods and services, for all departments within the District. The procurement division ensures integrity and fairness, through solicitations, vendor selection, negotiations, and contract management. The procurement division utilizes Rocky Mountain ePurchasing for all bid opportunities 

Clerk Services Division

The Clerk Division administers the special district’s records management and elections and is the Clerk to the Board of Directors. The Clerk manages the publication of official public meeting notices, agendas, and resolutions as well as the preparation, review, and distribution of Board of Directors meeting materials.
