Fees

The Declaration of Reservations provides on page 3 (A. Improvement Standards, No. 1 (PDF)): “The Committee may require a reasonable fee prior to checking or appraising said plans.”

  • *Fees are nonrefundable.
  • Fees will be returned only if the project is pulled prior to the meeting.
  • Payments may be made by cash or check only. Sorry, we are not set up for debit or credit cards at this time.
