Metro Board Meetings
The Pueblo West Metropolitan District Board of Directors meet the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month. The open session portion of the meeting begins at 6 p.m. and is open to the public. Meetings take place at the Pueblo West Metropolitan District Public Works Office, 356 S. McCulloch Blvd., Board Room 103. (map)

The Pueblo West Metropolitan District Board of Directors meet the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month at the Pueblo West Metropolitan District Public Works Office, 356 S. In the event of anticipated high citizen turnout, meetings will be held at Son Rise Church, 421 E. Spaulding Ave. (map) to adhere with local fire codes.
- How do I make public comment at a Board Meeting?

Citizens are always invited to make public comment during the "Citizen Comments" portion of the regular board meeting.
To provide comment in person arrive at the Board meeting by 5:50 p.m. to sign in and make a public comment during the "Citizen Comments" portion of the meeting. (Note: citizen comments are limited to three minutes.)
Following discussion items toward the end of each meeting, the public will be provided a second opportunity to make public comment.To provide comment via email send your comment to publiccomment@pwmd-co.us. Your comment will be read aloud to the Board by a Metro District staff member. (Note: written comments must be 300 words or less.)

Individuals requiring special accommodations to attend meetings should notify the District Clerk's office at 719-367-1610 by Noon on the Friday preceding the meeting.
About the Metro Board
The Pueblo West Metropolitan District is governed by a five-member Board of Directors, elected by the citizens and qualified property owners of Pueblo West. Each Director serves a four-year term and governs the District's operations. The District's chief administrator, the District Manager, is appointed by the Board of Directors and monitors daily operations.
Board Elections
Pueblo West Metro Board of Directors elections take place take place the first Tuesday in May every odd year. The next board election will take place in May 2025. Learn more about the timeline of Special District elections in Colorado.
