Pueblo West Metro recognizes Tina Siggins as PWMD Employee of the Year and Dave Cosby is recognized as the recipient of the Soaring Eagle award.
Tina Siggins was named the PWMD Employee of the Year in 2011.
Dave Cosby was named the PWMD Soaring Eagle Award recipient for 2011.
