Print a copy of the Residential Driveway Access Permit and bring to the Public Works office at 280 E. McCulloch. If you have any questions please call (719) 547-9801.
No person shall construct any access providing direct movement to or from any Pueblo West
maintained roadway to or from property adjoining the roadway without an approved access permit issued by the Pueblo West Engineering Department.
Access permits shall be issued only in compliance with this Article. In no event shall an access be allowed or permitted if it is detrimental to the public health, safety or welfare.
