It’s not a "permit" but rather an application for approval. If a permit is needed after you are approved, you will take your signed application from Pueblo West Metropolitan District to Pueblo Reginal Building for your permit. Pueblo West Metro COA is covenant enforcement and Pueblo Regional building is code enforcement.
You can request a copy of a recorded plat with property measurements so that you may draw one yourself, have someone draw one for you or you may try getting one from Pueblo County Planning and Zoning.

You can email the staff in COA and we can sign off and email back. But first, have to make sure a final driveway inspection is finished and approved and no fees pending (check payable to PWMD for the fee amount) drop in the dropbox (781 E. Industrial Blvd). If you need that final inspection done call 719-547-9801 to schedule.
