About
The Finance department is responsible for the preparation and monitoring of the annual fiscal plan (budget), the preparation of monthly financial statements, cash management, investments, accounts payable, payroll, and utility billing. The department works in conjunction with all departments of the District and assists an independent auditor in performing the annual audit.
