Deadlines
All applications and supporting documents, plans, and fees must be submitted prior to, but no later than 4:00 pm on deadline days. Committee meetings are held at 5:30 pm in the Metro District conference room.
Fees
Payment is due at time of submittal. Please see the fee schedule per application and/or project.
Applications
- Commercial/Industrial Buildings and Accessories
- Multi-Family Residence
- Residential Accessory Structures (fences, extensions, revisions)
- Single Family Residential
- Variance*
*VARIANCE applications must be submitted at least three (3) weeks prior to the meeting.
Sign Guidelines
According to the Declaration of Reservations all signs, advertisements, billboard or advertising structures must be approved* by the Committee of Architecture before erected or allowed to remain on any lot.
Please review the Sign Guidelines approved by the Committee before application is made. If you have questions, feel free to contact the COA office at (719) 547-9661.
*ALL PROPOSED SIGNS MUST BE ALSO APPROVED BY PUEBLO COUNTY PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT.
