Committee of Architecture

The Pueblo West Committee of Architecture (COA) is charged with enforcing the Declarations of Reservations that was recorded on all lots when each subdivision was created and recorded. If you did not receive a copy when you closed on your home, you can pick up a printed copy at our office located at 109 E Industrial Blvd.

The COA utilizes the Declaration of Reservations to enforce covenants for topics such as:

• Building and Adding to Improvement on a Property
  
• Guidelines for Storage
  
• Landscaping/Ground Cover
  
• Land Use
  

The Committee of Architecture staff is happy to answer all your questions, and if we don't know the answers, we may know who you need ask to get the right information.
