District Manager
In 2010 the Board of Directors hired Jack Johnston as District Manager for the Pueblo West Metropolitan District.
A Pueblo West resident, Johnston brings his knowledge of government and corporate experience to support the community and surrounding entities.
He has been fundamental in fostering a professional relationship with Fort Carson, assisting in workshops and signing an Army Community Covenant with the Mountain Post to build and strengthen bonds between soldiers, families and the community.
Previously Johnston has worked as a Director of the Historic Arkansas Riverwalk of Pueblo, as well as a Director of the AT&T Call Center located in downtown Pueblo, Colorado.

The District Manager oversees daily operations of the District, and manages directors and supervisors of each department to ensure services are efficient and cost effective.
An Administrative Assistant provides information for the public and coordinates District meetings and events.
