An Access Permit will be required if all of the determining criteria has been established. This criteria includes if the structure is a carport, is larger than 200 square feet, has an opening of 8-feet or more, has a width of 10-feet or more, and a length of 16-feet or more.

The Contractor is required to be licensed and insured to obtain an Access Permit or Right-of-way Use Permit.
