If you would like to be more involved in your community, consider applying for a position with the Pueblo West Committee of Architecture. The Pueblo West Metropolitan District is currently accepting letters of interest from Pueblo West property owners to serve on the Committee of Architecture. The Committee of Architecture consists of five (5) members, are appointed by Resolution of the Pueblo West Metropolitan District Board of Directors and shall serve at the pleasure of the Board of Directors in accordance with the By-Laws, and the provisions of the Declaration of Reservations. The committee shall be guided by and, except when in their sole discretion good planning would dictate to the contrary, controlled by the Declaration of Reservations.The four-year term would begin in March 2018. Training for the position would take place for the two months prior to being appointed to the position with attendance at the bi-weekly COA meetings required as part of the training process.Letters of interest may be submitted via email to email@example.com, dropped off at the District offices located at 109 E. Industrial Boulevard, or mailed to the Pueblo West Committee of Architecture, P. O. Box 7005, Pueblo West, CO 81007. Letters of interest should contain background work history along with an explanation of why you wish to serve on the volunteer committee.The deadline for letters of interest will be on Thursday, December 28, 2017.
