Make an offer to purchase District land

Once an offer is received, it will be presented to the Board of Directors.
If accepted, a sales contract will be put together for the buyers review.
Once signed, the Board will be presented a Resolution and contract for the sale of the property.
If approved we move forward with the closing of the sale of property.
