4th of July Celebration
Pueblo West celebrates Independence Day with an annual wet parade and other festivities.

Community Food Basket Drive
The Pueblo West Parks and Recreation Department, partners with the local district schools each year to collect canned and dry foods to make Thanksgiving and Christmas baskets for Pueblo West families.

Halloween Bash
This free event includes good bags for each child, free coupons, candy, lots of carnival games, and a lot of fun.

The Holiday in Lights Parade also features a bonfire, fireworks and refreshments.

Tom Sawyer Fishing Derby
The Pueblo West Parks and Recreation and the Pueblo West Rotary Club are the sponsors for the Annual Tom Sawyer Fishing Derby.

Christmas Wish Tree
Tags of children gender and ages are put on the tree (located at 20 Palmer Lake Dr.) for those who would like to buy gifts for the children who are in the families that receive a Christmas food basket. At least 3 new, unwrapped gifts are then brought back to the Water Billing dept. by Dec 10 so they can be readied to wrap on Dec 14.
