The Pueblo West Committee of Architecture (COA) is charged with enforcing the Declarations of Reservations that was recorded on all lots when each subdivision was created and recorded. If you did not receive a copy when you closed on your home, you can pick up a printed copy at our office.
Plans may be submitted prior to, but no later than 4 p.m. on deadline days. Variance applications must be submitted at least 3 weeks prior to the meeting.
